The coconut is subtle enough that it doesn't taste like sunscreen, which is exactly what I want in a seltzer. Pineapple leads and the coconut just drifts in at the end. Zero alcohol and still feels like a tiny vacation.

I grabbed a can after a hot afternoon of yard work and the pineapple hit first, bright and juicy, then the coconut settled in soft and mellow behind it. Since it's non-alcoholic, I've been keeping a few in the fridge for when I want something more interesting than plain seltzer.
